Great room for what it’s worth the room itself was nice in my opinion the only reason this isn’t 5 stars is the roach problem in the room itself but all around not a bad experience just annoyance especially since I got a ps5 and I don’t want an infestation starting in it but not bad
Great place to stay next to the emerald mine in Hiddenite. Has an indoor pool, the service was great, big shower and nice big room with fridge. The room was really clean, the only reason I gave 4 stars is bc they accidentally forgot to wipe the hand prints off the head board from whoever stayed before us
We booked through an outside source and got a room with two beds for about $80. There was free Continental breakfast and an indoor pool. It was a win for our family. Great value and clean,simple rooms. (Room had a mini fridge and a microwave.)
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere felt both inviting and luxurious. Older hotel with smaller rooms which were clean snd comfortable. The room had a iron and ironing board as well. Breakfast was generous with waffles, hardnoiled eggs, cereals, yogurt, bagels and cream cheese, toast and two jellies, oatmeal, juices and coffee. Our bathroom showerr could have used a deep cleaning like some calcification on the corner of the glass door, but it was easy to turn a blind eye when we got such a nice room for a budget price. It beat my expectations

This is an older property, slightly rough around the edges. The rooms are spacious and clean, however the carpet is stained in the hallway and in the rooms, the bathrooms are a bit shabby, and the breakfast offering is very minimal. For the price this is a good value.
Very nice staff, the hotel was very clean. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was ok. a few more options would be good. Coffee was good. The pool says heated but it was freezing. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
